Civil Rights Law Protects Gay and Transgender Workers, Supreme Court Rules

On Monday, June 15th, 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the 1964 Civil Rights Act protects LGBTQ employees from discrimination based on sex. A landmark decision during this challenging time, the ruling coincided with the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall and June Pride Month.
