This brief provides unique population-level data on LGB adults aged 50-70. The authors find that these adults have higher rates of several serious chronic physical and mental health conditions than similar heterosexual adults, higher levels of mental health service use, and (for lesbian and bisexual women) greater delays in getting needed care.
